My husband and I bought my new car end of October from them, we had a couple of issues but Mark was on top of it to fix them! He did everything in his power to fix the mistakes his employees were making and make us feel like we were important! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! Dealerships are going to have flaws no matter what, but Mark the GM sure cares about his customers and will do everything he can to make things right! I will always go back to Phil Long at Motor City whenever I buy another car.

I'm posting on behalf of my folks.

I brought the GT-350 in yesterday for scheduled service on a recall notice on the oil cooler tubes. Matthew Houser, our Service Advisor, was a total professional with us. He told us the name of the technician working on our car, saying he regularly works on special Ford vehicles like the GT-350's and the Roush family of cars. And without us asking, he said our car would be held indoors overnight while awaiting delivery of a single part due in today that was needed for the install. Then he called us at 0745 today to say the car was ready to be picked up. He went over paperwork with me showing me what was done to the car and the systems that were checked over on it down to the tread wear and battery condition. He encouraged us to come back at any time for any service needs. And we will. The car, of course, was in perfect condition. So we're more than pleased, your professional organization is well represented by Matthew Houser and of course we'll spread the word around town about what customers can expect at Phil Long Ford Motor City. My boyfriend and I have both recently purchased our brand new vehicles from Phil Long Ford-Motor City. Because of our outstanding experience with Dustin on my boyfriend's Truck, we came back for my SUV. I worked with Laura and was just as happy with her. They both went way above to find the exact vehicles we wanted. We both worked with Dan on the financial side and he was friendly, honest and very efficient. When Phil long comes to mind, pride commitment and excellence is what pops through my head. I recently have bought a red shining beautiful Subaru wrx hatch back from Phil long. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. The salesman I believe his name was Austin Hambelton well it's always on of his cards he gave me he helped me on my decision between the wrx and others. This is my dream car and I recieved at a great price. I'm currently from Wichita Kansas and got ahold of Phil long and the manager sent me to his best salesman and I could see why. Austin wasn't pressuring me into the car what's so ever he simply made it an actual easy descion with his knowledge of the vehicle and how much fun it is! Buying this car was a shot in the dark, in Kansas everyone was asking way higher than I could even imagine for this exact car but Austin got me a great deal that couldn't be beat! It was definitely worth the trip the Colorado Springs. Thank you Phil long for the service and thank you Austin for the help in making my dream come true!
