The 2024 Ford Ranger is offered in three trim levels. For less than $35,000, you can drive a new Ranger home today.

Exterior & Colors

The redesigned 2024 Ford Ranger model now measures 211″ L x 79″ W x 74-76″ H. While it contains the same length as last year, the height has increased by 3" to 4", plus the width measures one additional inch. Choose from 16" to 18" wheels for your Ranger and these paint colors:

Interior Design & Seating

The new Ranger contains several storage areas and a hidden upper glovebox found in the dash. There's also storage found under the rear seat. All models come as a SuperCrew body, with four doors and seating for up to five people. 

Infotainment & Features

The 2024 Ford Ranger may not break the bank, but it comes equipped with the latest technologies. Even the base trim includes a 10.1" infotainment system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a four-speaker audio system, a USB port, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

Cargo Capacity

The 2024 Ford Ranger SuperCrew truck includes a 5' bed. The previous SuperCab with a 6' bed was discontinued. These models provide a maximum payload rating of up to 1,805 pounds.

Towing Capacity

The 2024 Ford Ranger's towing capacity is the same as last year. When equipped, it can tow a maximum of 7,500 pounds. 

Drivetrain & Suspension

The 2024 Ford Ranger is equipped with rear-wheel drive. However, you can choose the available four-wheel drive for even more capability.

Engine

The 2024 Ford Ranger has a 270-horsepower 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine. There's also an optional 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6 motor that's rated for 315 horsepower. Both of these pair with a ten-speed automatic.

Performance & MPG

The 2024 Ford Ranger is rated at 21/26 mpg with RWD or 20/24 mpg with 4WD. We don't have estimates on the V6 engine yet. 

Safety Features

In the 2024 Ford Ranger, expect standard forward collision warning, automated emergency braking, and a rearview camera. There's also the option to add technologies, such as rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and more.

Ratings & Reviews

We are still waiting for safety testing of the 2024 Ford Ranger. For now, we know that Car and Driver says, "The cabin has received a big makeover and now features a large, vertically oriented infotainment system similar to the one found that's an option on higher-end models of the Edge SUV."
