Interior Design & Seating

All 2024 Ford Transit models offer two seats in the front with variable options to configure equipment storage or additional seating, allowing up to 15 passengers. Standard equipment also includes rubberized flooring, long-lasting plastic trim, and cloth upholstery.

Infotainment & Features

The base model Transit includes a small 4.0-inch display with dual USB ports and Bluetooth. There is an option to add a massive 12" touchscreen infotainment system to upgraded models. This system works with SYNC 4, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and added connectivity with vehicle telematics aimed at fleet managers.

Cargo Capacity

The biggest perk of the 2024 Transit is how many different ways it can be configured. The largest option would include a high roof and extended wheelbase, providing more than 480 cubic feet of space. This van handles up to 3,060 pounds of payload and up to 5,110 pounds in specially outfitted models.

Performance & MPG

The 2024 Transit comes equipped with a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that produces 275 horsepower. There is also an EcoBoost twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6 available, which provides a powerful 310 horsepower. The Ford Transit also provides a 15/19 mpg city/highway with RWD and 14/18 mpg with AWD.

Drivetrain & Suspension

Ford equips the Transit with a standard rear-wheel drive with the option for all-wheel drive in upgraded models.
