Pricing and Trim Levels

There are six different trim levels available in the 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E. They include:

Exterior & Colors

The Mustang Mach-E has an athletic shape with a long hood, raked rear pillar, and short overhangs. New for 2024 is a Rally variant with special bumpers, a tailgate spoiler, and bronze accents on GT models. Buyers can choose from the following seven exterior colors depending on trim level:

Interior and Seating

With its battery under the floor, the Mach-E provides excellent passenger and cargo space. The modern cockpit features ambient lighting, a floating central touchscreen, and seating for five. Heated front seats and a heated steering wheel are available. The cargo room measures 30 cubic feet behind the rear seat or 61 cubic feet with the seat folded.

Infotainment and Features

The Mach-E comes standard with Ford's Sync 4 infotainment system displayed on a 15.5-inch touchscreen. The system supports wireless connectivity for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as in-car WiFi. Higher trims add Bang & Olufsen premium audio, wireless device charging, a panoramic roof, and BlueCruise hands-free highway driving assist.

Cargo Capacity

The cargo room behind the rear seat measures 30 cubic feet. With the 60/40 split folding rear seat lowered, cargo space expands to 61 cubic feet. The front trunk provides drainable storage space as well.

Towing Capacity

When properly equipped, the Mustang Mach-E can tow up to 2,000 pounds. The optional towing package provides the hitch receiver and necessary cooling system upgrades for light towing duty.

Drivetrain and Suspension

The standard Mach-E uses rear-wheel drive with a single electric motor while all-wheel drive models have a motor powering each axle. Depending on trim, the combined output ranges from 266 to 480 horsepower with up to 634 lb-ft of torque. Suspension tuning balances ride comfort and responsive handling.

Dynamic Engine Options

The high-performance Mustang Mach-E GT and GT Performance use dual electric motors to produce a potent 480 horsepower and 634 lb.-ft of torque. These models accelerate from 0-60 mph in just over 3.5 seconds in our testing.

Impressive Performance

We recorded a 3.7 second 0-60 mph time in a Mach-E GT Performance model. The electric crossover feels quick in all situations with instant throttle response and rapid acceleration. Mach-E models have a top speed of between 111-120 mph depending on configuration.

Safety Features

The NHTSA gives the Mach-E five out of five stars for overall crash protection. All models come standard with forward collision warning, automated emergency braking, blind spot monitoring and more. Available driver aids include adaptive cruise control, evasive steering assist, and BlueCruise hands-free highway driving.

Reviews and Ratings

The 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E earns praise from critics for its technology, performance and practicality. Car and Driver call it "quick, powerful, good looking, and great riding," while CNET says it "successfully captures Mustang magic in an electric crossover package." The Mustang Mach-E holds an overall 4.7/5 consumer rating on Edmunds.
